The catfish is a fairly large seawater round fish,family of the large order of perch species.

 

The catfish lives on the seabed at great depths. It is gray blue in color, with dark vertical bands across the flanks.

 

The spotted catfish (Anarhichas Minor) is also on the market, which we try to use as little as possible. This can be recognized by the spots on the flanks.

The fish meat is lean, very firm, does not fall apart quickly and has an excellent taste, so that the catfish can be prepared in all kinds of ways.
